Well, perhaps you can reduce the size of the center table and graphic/banner to buy some space, but I think the biggest problem are the frames.  If you could somehow take the info from the side frames and encorporate it into the center frame (above or below the main table), it might work a little better.

Do as Josh suggests, and for the center table, put each song title in a 2 row span which will allow you to put 3 choices on 2 lines for your descriptive options.

Year you are right, but I also want the rightside text & the MIDIs at the same time, then you can both DOWNLOAD MIDI, and read some text at the same time.

It displayes well in 1024*768 or higher

when creating a web page you should really make sure you design your web page for 640 x 480.  that is how most web developers design their pages, if this is a problem as when you look at it in 1024 x 768, it doesnt look well, i would make the changes to make them look right in both resolutions, and have an opening page which has people pick a resolution they which to view the page in and have the pages on the server both ways.

Actually 800X600 is the standard now.  Few people actually use 640X480 anymore and those who do should be used to seeing web pages that don't fit.  New computers now are coming with 17 inch monitors standard, and the native is around 1024X768 or 1280X1024, but lots of laptops still use only 800X600, and some of the older computers with 15 inch monitors as well...

Copy and paste this into your editor of choice, if you put it into the same folder as your other files, the pictures will probably work as well.  This is a quick sample, in one big table to show how it could look (better with some more tweaking of course) and will remove the left frame altogether.  It will fit a number of screen sizes, the last column will expand to fill the page.

To David

Wohh you realy did a grate job !! The look of it is cool  !. Impressed !

What will hapen if you press B,C, or any of the links ??

I love your layout !
But I will need a more dynamic web-page. If you press the B link, then you can see the B??? songs. Then you will have to change all those tables A..Z, and COPY your layout to all the HTML pages on the web! NOT, but I can't figure out how to do the dynamic HTML programming, I'm not realy into it, how is it done ??

Also, I've listed all the songs in table. This is NOT the way it is done. I've got to make a Database, and then genereate the Tables directly from the Database !, how is that done ??

And I can also point one bad thing out about using FRAMES !

Some of the people who visit my site goes to:
http://ejmidi.bizland.com/top.htm

Sure it is a web page ! But it realy can't be used for anything. It is just the logo.

That could never hapen, if I skiped the frames !!

Well if you are pulling from a database, copy out the the section that list all of your songs and build that as it's own table, like the navigation at the top which is in a separate table.  Use your cgi or whatever method you are calling to get your data to build a table and insert it into the center column of your table.  Let me know if this doesn't make sense and if not let me know how you are extracting your data as well so I can try to build you an example.

As to the links, some of your scripts are on the page I built just because I copied and pasted, but I do not know if they will work.  In theory, if all of your scripts are there, they will work like before (you many need to adjust the calls since they are all on one page now).

The problem is. Right now I am not using a database, but I will in the future !

You've put a table , with the MIDIs like this

TABLE<..> <!-- MIDI Table -->
...
TABLE</..>

Then there is some other tables that is going to remain on the page. About Table, and also the link table. That is all grate. But how do I modify "areas" of a HTML doc.

When I press B, I'll have to delete the old A table and put a B table instead !!

How would you do that ??
I want the same "About my web" and "link" table on all the web pages. A,B..Z That is about 20 HTML files. Then I will have to Copy the static tables into all those files ???

** Also it's not esy to discuss, because of the delay of the e-mail & stuff. You think wee can go to a chat room like Microsoft/Chat ? It would be esyer for you to explain your idea !!

Well if you are not using a database at the moment, just build a page for each letter of the alphabit.  Not as hard as it sounds if you place all the songs in their own table, then just swap out the nested table as needed to keep your layout correct.

If using asp, you could build one big master page if you will and onClick submit the page to the server, filter the files by letter and return to asp.  If you want to learn asp, it is fairly simple, I am going through Beginning Active Server Pages from Wrox press right now, it is a fairly easy to read book.  For free asp hosting, go to http://www2.ewebcity.com/home/index.asp.

As for the chat, I don't think will be much further help, my solution on things like this is too build a separate page for everything, that is why I have been learning asp, so I can get out of that.
