Where is my mail kept?

I am running Outlook 2000 on Windows 98. When I upgrade to Windows 2000, I would like to copy all my mail folders onto a disk, then when I've upgraded the OS, I want to put them all back. The problem is that I do not know where Outlook stores my mail folders.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
