How add menu to IE

I want add my menu to IE when i click right mouse button.
can you help me ?

To add menu items to the context menu you need to add entries to the following registry key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

then you need to add the Contexts DWORD value see the 2nd URL I gave and you will need to use the CONTEXT_MENU_ANCHOR value which evaluates to 0x20

see the example in that URL under the Context menus section

I am sorry but I don't understand the question.

Do you mean that when you r-click to get the context menu when it is an anchor (href) - you wish to get a copy of that href?

When i r-click to get the context menu when it is an anchor href, you can copy location of href.
