Ive got many MP3 files on my computer.  I once used Media Juke Box player and it took over all my MP3 files.  I got rid of MediaJukeBox but all of my MP3 files are still media juke box files.  How can I change them back to some kind of universal MP3 file.  (running win98)  I have a new player and I can open them through the new player but if I click onto one it says Cant find Media Juke Box.  ? ? ? Help

Try selecting an Mp3 then right click on it and hold the shift key, then choose "open with" and select the new player programn that you want to associate it with. Also check the box to always open that type file with that program.

Also you can probably associate the files from within your new player depending on which one you are using (ex. Winamp)

Good luck!!

Go to my computer.  Click on view, folder options(98) options(95) and then click on the file types tab.  Scroll down to MP3 Audio, highlight it, click edit.  When you get into that screen highlight open, click edit and point it to the .exe file you are looking to play the .mp3 files.   This will work.
