I am trying to connect to a MSSQL database. I can access to tables using MS tools but I cannot set up an alias in the BDE administrator. The error I get is server not availible. What am I doing wrong? What parameters are important when setting up a MSSQL alias and where do they come from?

Please Write on the bDE

Database Name : master
USERNAME      : sa
SQLQUERYMODE  : Server
SERVERNAME    : yourservername or
                         IP adress

You must copy Ntwdblib.dll files in windows\system directory.

it is enough ...
