HS 5100c and omni page pro 10

I can scan to omnipage pro 10 but if i try to get omnipage pro ten to start the scan i get an error message check paper jam or power on or scanner used by other application
Help please

It sounds like your Twain drivers need to be reinstalled. I suggest you go to Start, Find, Files and Folders and make sure your Looking in the C:. Then do a search for Twain*.* and Twunk*.* Delete all the files you get. After you have done this reinstall your software and this should replace your Drivers and should help with the problem. Make sure you have the latest software for the SJ5100c as they have release a few updates depending on your operating system. Hope this works ;)
