I have a small primary partition on my disk, and I pretend to save the outlook express message folders on drive D: instead of drive C: (the default location).

If you are using Outlook Express 5 :

1. Select Tools -> Options
2. Click on the Maintenance tab page
3. Click on Store Folder...
4. Click on Change

That's all...
