e-mail question

I want to put in my AboutBox my e-mail and if the user click on, the user's e-mail pgm. open with my adress writed inside.
I don't need a multiuser pgm.
I looked in the answered question, but there are too much example, i don't know wich one take.

Execellent, do you know where i can find all things that we can do with Lib "shell32.dll", like "mailto"?
