Log in and register slow or impossible
Have WIN 98 Second Ed and Explorer 5.01 with all patches. CPU Cyrix 333
I try to register soft ware and also an auction website. I can fill out the form, but when I hit the register button I get no response the site freezes - I can only left clickto disconnect. The curser blinks shortly and changes briefly to a hand. When I hit ctr-alt-del I get the message Explorer not responding. Also on this webpage when I hit the register button it took a long time to open up. Anybody an idea? Disk is defrag and disk scan today. No other problems.
