Hi! &nbsp;I am just learning VB and have not yet started programming so my question should be really easy. &nbsp;I am trying to write an InputBox statment but every time I type <br />

VB gets an error and closes. &nbsp;I do not mean when I run the software, I never get that far. &nbsp;I just type those 9 letters and get an error. &nbsp;Can some one tell me what the problem is?<br />

InputBox $   Lock up?

Visual Basic is Microsoft’s event-driven programming language and integrated development environment (IDE) for its Component Object Model (COM) programming model. It is relatively easy to learn and use because of its graphical development features and BASIC heritage. It has been replaced with VB.NET, and is very similar to VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), the programming language for the Microsoft Office product line.
