I don't know if this was proper to place in this area, but it is for the Delphi people.

I am looking for someone that has some good skills in Delphi to help out with a project.

Is there a site that I can suggest ideas and people can volunteer to help.  I don't have a lot of money to spend on the project, but we can discuss it with anyone interested.  I can offer 1000 points on Experts-Exchange, or work something else out.

There are a couple of places, such as www.workexchange.com and www.ants.com which specialise in the area of people tendering out projects, and people putting tenders in to do them.

Whether this will fit in with what you want to do, I don't know.

Perhaps you could outline what you want to do?

Cheers,

Raymond.

Thanks, but those sites seem to be a little overboard.

I am looking for someone that has some good graphical programming skills.  I have a project that I know will turn out to be really good.  I have all the ideas laid out, most of it programmed.  However, I ran into a few bugs, and I would like to make it a little bit cleaner.  I was hoping to find someone that had spare time to work on it, and maybe even reap the rewards that come from it later.

The problem is that the software needs to be Freeware to be able to compete in the market.

So basically I am looking for someone to volunteer their programming as an investment, and we can discuss details if someone is interested.  We can discuss different options of either payment, or points on this site, or hopefully the rewards later on, or whatever.

I'd be happy to help out any way I can.
Don't really know if I can help, but send a basic overview or something to me at carl_kaneta@hotmail.com and we'll see what we can do

Do you have any idea of the amount of work involved?

I don't have any good idea of the work involved, because it depends on how good of a programmer you are in the area I am looking at.  Personally I think I am almost finished with main part of the project, but I just want someone else with expertise to add their skills to it and make it that much more professional.

I will send a screenshot and what I am looking to improve to those that sent their email to me above.  If you don't wish to post your email address, you can contact me directly with this email address:

douglas@rexburg.com

As soon as I find someone willing to help out on the project, I will send the entire project to them and they can modify it.

Raymond, I tried sending you stuff several times, and it keeps getting rejected.  You must have reported your email wrong, try emailing me at douglas@rexburg.com and I will reply to you.
