Where can I find a cdrom drive for a Macintosh Quadra 800?

I have an Macintosh Quadra 800 (OS 7.1) that I want to add a CDROM drive. Is this possible?  If so, where can I find a CDROM drive for my mac.

Yes its certianly possible. Any old SCSI CD drive will work fine with that mac. You can get relatively fast CD drives from places like macmall or macwarehouse but if you shop around on the net you will likely find cheaper. Look on www.deal-mac.com for some good prices. You will probably want to find an external one as that makes set-up easier but you could get an internal one if youre feeling adventurous and have an open slot in the front of the mac. Anyway double check with whoever youre buying it from that it is indeed mac compatible (shouldnt be an issue, manufacturers have to go out of their way to make it INCOMPATIBLE with macs) but other than that any old CD drive will work fine.
