Clip art problem with Word and Publisher

I am running a Novell 4.11 network where we upgraded Office 95 to Office 97.  Before the upgrade Clip art worked with Office and Publisher 97.  Publisher is installed locally at this point.  When we upgraded the server version of Office 95 with a Network version of Office 97, the clip art will not work anymore.  In Office I receive the following message:
This clip art collection is not designed for use with the Microsft Clip Gallery.  Any ideas of how to fix this?

TIA,
DM
