Background Explorer vs Netscape

I got white background. I have a table with a bacground image in one of the cells. In this cell i have another table with several links. IE and NS are reading the bg image and the second table different. This is a test site:

Ok, what netscape does is that in each cell, it redraws the image, thus, leaving you with the upper, white part of the picture.

There is, to my knowlede, nothing you can do about this. The most common, and easiest solution to this that you work with layers instead of the table.

With layers the site will not look alike
in IE and NS
That was a truly strange thing to say. There is nothing stopping you from doing a page with layers that looks the same on both NS and IE...
Your body tag should look like this:

<BODY bgColor=#ffffff leftmargin=0 topMargin=0 marginheight=0 marginwidth=0>

This should position everything in the upper left corner.  Remove your buttommargin=0 attribute.

thanks
If you want to use tables, NS is quirky but you can sometimes use nested tables, applying your image to the nested table which is a single cell.

Sorry but I saw three of your questions answered ando you didn'tu paid for them. This is not  a honest thing. People are helping you and you aren't paid then, this is called cheat. I won't answer none of your questions a some people will do this too.

If you paid, please forgive me. But it seems that don't.
