Does the dialog have a constant title?  If so you could use FindWindow() to locate it?  (hopefully the title is sufficiently unique that it doesn't find anything else....)

the problem is that this dialog is modal dialog and therefore the message loop is waiting until this dialog is closed.

I see.  I wasn't familiar with that funcion.  I thought that was the name of some OTHER application, and you wanted to do something to its window.

I don't see any clean way to do this. An ugly way is to have a 2nd thread find the window and change it.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

You didn't have to accept that if it didn't help you.  If you leave the question open for 31 days without activity it will be automatically deleted and the points will be refunded to you.

but it helped me. I use another thread that call to FindWindow and check the HWND of the dialog.

I'm not sure how I helped, but I'm glad I did.  :-)
