Source of what?

The users should not be able to see source of your programs, if they can, something is wrong with your program or server.  There is absolutely no way to hide the HTML source code, the browser must recieve it in order for it to make the page, so you can't hide it from your users without feeding them a blank document.

What are you trying to accomplish?

You can't hide HTML source. On the other hand, I agree with djsansui. The user doesn't see your source - only the HTML you create on-fly. If you're embeding your script, the user will see the code, but won't see its URL, simply because it doesn't have one (it's not an independent program.) On the other hand, if you sending user to independent CGI script, your source is safe, and one way to hide its URL, is to use frames.
