Hi, Glenn.

I thank you for being so caring and following through.  I do, though, feel that you should not have to post your own points for this; since they're different than the Expert Points that were awarded, no?  It feels unfair to you.

Well,
I am glad you brought that up.  During the server problems, these points did not come from the bottom line on my account.

You deserve them anyway.

Be good.

Thank you, Glenn.

You are an honorable soul, and I appreciate the kind words (which my daughter used to call "warm fuzzies").

As regards being good, that one's a tiny bit tougher, since this gal's foot is getting very close to kicking a problem system into a better behavior pattern; says she as she witnesses yet another error to be chased.

:0)

Best wishes,

Asta
