What Technique it is ?

I am new in cold fusion and I just visit this CFM site and wanna know what technique they used to develop this frame based web...it doesnt show the page name in the address bar..the site address is http://www.cosbybureau.com/

The Frame File is Index.cfm.  The reason it does not show the filename is the same as any other site if you go to the root and don't type the name you will get one of the below files depending on the webservers settings.


Or the owner of the webserver can choose other names to put in this list as well.

So if you go to:
it is the same file as

well this is i know nathan...i wanna know that how they replace the body and content page in the frame upon clicking on the options...

they passed some parameters but how they replace it in the frame...is it like frame src= #contents.cfm# as we do in cold fusion or what ?

hope you got me here..cause the page replace is on the fly.
