Is there a way to get system fonts like the tooltips font???

Call the SystemParametersInfo function with the SPI_GETNONCLIENTMETRICS parameter. The lfStatusFont member of the NONCLIENTMETRICS structure contains information about the font used in status bars and tooltips.
