How do I load IDAPI Service Library

Did my first Delphi application with some dBase files.  Loaded (executable) program on a friends PC and I got Error ($2108).  I found that I needed the IDAPI32.dll.  Loaded that and got error ($210A)  Cannot load IDAPI Service Library.

Where and What is the Service Library?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

You gave me two possible ways to find the answer.  Thanks, I had to use both.  I should have been more technical on my question.  I am using Delphi III.  The bdeinst.cap file is not in my distribution CD, so I couldn't do it manually.  While looking for bdeinst.cap I found InstallShield Express on my CD.  I have created an install wizard and tried it on a machine successfully.  I am planning to see my friend next week.  Thanks krflint
