click the blue "edit profile" button and type in your correct email address and password and press update.

you should aready have a email address there though as you need one to sign up with experts-exchange.
you may not have been getting emails because experts-exchaneh has been having problems lately.
if you still dont get them in some days send a email to problems@experts-exchange.com and they will sort it .
