How to keep text from continuing under a table cell?

I have three columns and multiple rows.  In the center I have several paragraphs in a center cell.  The text in the cell continues past the right edge of the boundry.  Thus each paragraph and its sentences are unreadable since word wrap is not an option in Front Page HTML authoring.  What can I do ?

HI
you can insert a <br> tag in the html  where you want the line to wrap..
