I lately sent an HP scanjet 3300c for repair as the program sometimes showed &quot;not responding&quot; when i did (ctrl+alt+del)and sometimes it scanned so slow but nothing came out eventually &nbsp;i was in the warranty period but i read in the quotation that it cost me $70+ although i cannot be sure if it was waivered but the waiver was not stated not stated as i have not paid for it. i would like to know if i was charged and why or that the waiver was not stated in the quotation------my e-mail is versal@mailcityasia.com
