List boxes?

I whish to display a few list boxes on my web page, however when I preview them in Explorer they look fine.   But when I preview in Netscape it just shows the values no boxes?  What have I fogotten to do and how do I get around it?

Make sure the list box is enclosed in the <FORM> tag.
