1. There is an excellent freeware tool called 'blat' that allows you to send the content of files as mails. Get it at http://www.interlog.com/~tcharron/blat.html

2. Here is an example code using blat to send the contents of file "mail.txt" to "dummy@dummy.com" using "MySubjectLine" as subject:
------------------------------
$mailresult = `c:/blat.exe c/mail.txt -s MySubjectLine -t dummy@dummy.com`;
------------------------------

3. http://theory.uwinnipeg.ca/CPAN/data/Mail-Sendmail    Example:
------------------------------
$mailer = Mail::Mailer->new("smtp","dummynet");
$mailer->open({
  From  => "me\@you.com",
  To    => "dummy\@dummy.com",
  Subject => "MySubjectLine",
 });
print $mailer "Here goes the text!\n";
$mailer->close();
------------------------------

Hope this helps,
Gniss
