Does Macromedia Flash come with Netscape Communicator and Internet Explorer? &nbsp;If so, in which version did it start being packaged with each of these?<br />

When a user is loading an html page, is it possible to determine if the user has flash installed? via Javascript? &nbsp;If the answer to the first question is &quot;yes&quot;, then I suppose one could get the version of the browser and determine if Flash is installed that way, but i guess it is possible that it could have been installed and then uninstalled, so that may not give a definitive answer.<br />
