Does anyone know where to get signature for the following APIs from WIN2000 advapi32.dll:

OpenEncryptedFileRaw, ReadEncryptedFileRaw, WriteEncryptedFileRaw, CloseEncryptedFileRaw

You have to download the latest Platform SDK from the MS site, at least the build environment (to reduce the download time).

winbase.h contains all those declarations.
