I have the latest Exchange Server 5.5 but I do not know what service pack I have on it.
How can i found out.

Here's a snippet from a TechNet article that may help:

To view the properties of a server, select the server in the left-hand pane of the Admin program. Then click Properties on the File menu. You will see the version, build number, and any service packs that are installed.

From within the Admin program; Help; about Microsoft Exchange Server.
If you have local access to the machine you can check within,
Control Panel; System; General Properties.

I think 5.5 is up to Service Pack 3
