SOS: Where to get PDH.DLL??????

I want to realize NT Performance Function,but need PDH.DLL!!!
In MSDN, there is its introduction,but I can't find the DLL anywhere!
So Pls help me!

It is in the Platfrom SDK  BIN/WINNT directory.

Platform SDK!

I can send you dll and header file, but it's better to download the Platform SDK from the MS site.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/developer/sdk/platform.asp

You don't heed to download the whole SDK (600 Meg), try to download the build environment first.
