Certificate expiration

How do you get a user back up and running if they let their cetificate expire?  This user is in a remote location and uses dial in through a modem.

General way of doing it:

1) Go to Files-Tools-Server Administration
2) Click on 'Certifiers' (the block on the right side)
3) Choose 'Certify ID file'
4) Choose the certifier that was used in the creation of the id file. And put the password.
5) Choose the ID u want to certify. And then enter the password.
6) u will be presented with a box, give in the expiry date. And choose the server name instead of the 'Local' thing that appears.
7) When u finish click on 'Certify'
