dear expertises
Hope that u  guy can help me dearly.I would like to "minimize frame window at the fixed length" which means it will not be flexible allowing u to enlarge or minimize  just like it appear in www.digicert.com.my.Can u please show me the tag with examples?

Another problem is that i can see some website where there  are some good layout.I would like to have a small section which appear to be a different color background where there are some text,form or links on it.How can i do that?If u are confuse with my quetion.Please refer to www.digicert.com.my at the orange section-"Today 8 April 200".Oh please again.show me some examples.through explaination i may not get it as my IQ is very LOW.sad to say that.thank you.Looking forward for the answers

Hi Kelvin, here ya go.

<frameset rows="*,64">
  <frame name="main">
  <frame name="footer" scrolling="no" noresize target="main">
  <noframes>
  <body>

  <p>This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.</p>

  </body>
  </noframes>
</frameset>

The trick?  The "noresize".  It prevents the visitor from changing the frame size.
