toshiba 4015cdt-accupoint problem

my laptop had a mouse hooked up to it and both the accupoint and the mouse worked simultaneously....suddenly the accupoint stopped workintg....can you tell me how to fix it..

There is a mouse utility on toshiba's web site wich works fine for me

There are three possible answers:

1. wrong bios setting
In this case enter bios (press ESC while starting the notebook) and change the mouse settings to simultanious.

2. the rubber of the mouse stick is damaged
remove it and test if it works without it.

3. your keyboard is faulty
contact your Toshiba authorized dealer to change it. (yes, you have to change to hole keyboard!)
