Hi,

You can't send a link to an internet account. You need to clarify what you want and also give more points if you want someone to actually write the script for you.

Presuming your applications are using Domino and are on your extranet, you'll need to send an URL based on the document's UNID.  e.g., http://xxx.yyy.zzz/UNIDHERE?OpenDocument
