using seamless bitmaps as form backgrounds

i'd like to know how to use a seamless bitmap on a form and have it tile in the background. i've seen it done in VB 3 a long time ago, but i can't remember how?

This is to use a seamless bitmap image (Windows wallpaper bitmap, not tile image)
