When I boot up I get the following message:
    The following file has been corrupted or is missing.
    C:PROGRA~1\NORTON~3\BIOSFIX.SYS
Then I see:
    There is an error on your CONFIG.SYS
FILE LINE ONE.
I went to System Configuration Utility and saw this line in the window...
DEVICEHIGH=C:\PROGRA~1\NORTON~3\BIOSFIX.SYS +R +T

Did you uninstall any Norton utilities?? To get rid of those messages you can put 'rem' in front of the line or just delete it. Then reinstall any Norton utilities you had on the system.

This line was put there by Nortons 2000 and is used to make your BIOS, Y2K compliant.

It looks like the file "biosfix.sys" has been deleted or moved.
You should reinstall Nortons 2000.
