I have a user that deleted her inbox in lotus notes R5. Is there a way to recover it short of reinstalling the client?

You can refresh the design...

FILE/DATABASE/REFRESH DESIGN

or replace the design

FILE/DATABASE/REPLACE DESIGN

in either case select a server and choose the correct mail template you are looking for.
