Does anybody know how to arrange the listings in the Progrom Menu list in alphabetical order.
When i install a new program it puts the program at the bottom of the list,I have tried re-arranging them in taskbar, some times the group stays there sometimes not..

Easy.  Right click on any item in the program menu and select the Sort option.  This will sort the whole list.

I had the same problem getting my Program list to arrange itself alphabetically. I used the normal method of right clicking and "Sort by Name" command and it did the job, but only halfway. The first part of my list is sorted correctly. But just after the Z group, there is another slug of entries, also sorted alphabetically, but this second list begins just after the first Z group. How can I consolidate the two lists into one?

My Favorites list present a similar problem. Everything is ordered alphabetically, both the directories and the shortcuts, except a few directories. They sit scattered among the single shortcuts, alphabetically to be sure but as if they were shortcuts,  not there with their fellow directories. I have tried to use the "sort by name" command, but they don't budge.
