password on logon win98

after removing an ntfs drive on my computer,a logon to windows..dialogue
box appeared ..i tried removing network components in the network..(in control panel)...but in vain!now everytime i turn on my computer i got to cancel this window all the time!any suggestions?

Start menu, settings, control panel, to network; should read at Logon: Windows Logon; apply
