Need Help With Freeware Application Development!

I'm creating an application and I need someone with extensive knowledge of areas such as retrieving file, directory listings, applying them to Listviews, comboboxes, and also using the system image list. If you're out just to get some credit, this is right for you! Basically I just need someone to answer several stupid questions that I can conatc easily and will tolerate me with no pay besides credit in the final product! Why don't you post your particular questions here so others can benefit from them as well.  There are plenty of people who can answer questions about files, directories, and the system image list.  I am sure there are equally people who would appreciate seeing the answers...
