Must schedule winNT ftp server to send file from ASP page

I need users to have the ability to send large files from one corporate location to another (connected by internet). The user will be presented a list of files from a web page and the file will then be qued for late night transfer to the remote site to be used the next day.
Q1 - can a asp page ftp a file to a remote server?
Q2 - is scheduling a built in function of IIS, SQL or FTP?

Q1 Yes.  There are several upload packages that you download and/or but.  There is an easy to use free one that comes from Microsoft.  The name of the DLL is CPSHOST.DLL.  If you search msdn.microsoft.com for CPSHOST.DLL it will give you in depth example of how to use it.  But this only does it immediately.

I can't think of a way to do what you want since anything could happen from the time they say submit this file to several hours later when you want to do the upload.

Q2  Not that I know of.  You would have to an ActiveX DLL and to do something like this.

Well you have answered just what I asked for, but you did not read my mind and know what I really wanted. The user is directing a FTP transfer between two designated servers not themselves and a server. So basically they are simply controlling that server A sends a file via FTP to server B.   Any clues? Any further help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
