your computer will beep on boot up when your mother board finds a error on boot up.

The problem that occurs most often is a memmory problem, open your computer and check the quality of your memmory chip
ensure that it is inserted properly.
if it boots up propertly that is your problem if not follow step 2.

2. insert a new memmory chip in your memmory slot which is the same type as your older once. if it works then that is your problem

You mention beep code, but how meny and what pattern? Does it boot the first time from floppy? If you can enter your CMOS, check the settings are correct. Also, as already suggested, check that the memory modules are properly seated. While the case is off also confirm that both the robbon cables and power cables to the FDD and HDD are properly seated.
