How to create a webpage menu like microsoft.com

I want to create a menu on my webpage, and I like the menu design on microsoft.com, the one could drop-down and enter the submenu title.

But, I wonder how to make it?

And please, to provide intruction with using Fronpage 2000 and InterDev. Thanx

If you want to learn InterDev and/or Front Page (which I don't like), go to:
http://www.msdn.microsoft.com

You can also click on the 'Web Workshop' and that has a lot of good HTML, DHTML references for you. IE specific mind you.

I have learned more than what I want before. Thanx for those websites you gave, because I had wasted sometimes in searching on some HTML, DHTML & JS tutorial site, which cannot fulfill my requirement.
