How can multiple users acts as author or reader to a document

I have got a strange problem, I want a list of users to be placed in the reader field of my document. But I do not want it to be hard coded. Is is possible to put user names in the reader field without hard coding them??

Hello Puniet,

u can solve this problem by using roles. Just put the role name in the reader field instead of of hard coding the user names.
