Lotus Notes Reservation Error

i am using the room reservation system in lotus notes but when i want to create and save reservation it gives me an error saying "The time you have specified is not available".when i checked on the availability of the resources it states as not being reserved.

Try 2 things

1. Check that server and Client are running the same date/time format.

2. Down the server, remove busytime.nsf
start the server again. (busytime.nsf is rebuilt)

i have tried to do as being told but i still face with the same problem.no matter what thank you qviller for your answer.

Compact your address book, and run adminp.
Also, try to configure adminp to run more frequently by modifying notes.ini.
