Wrapping text on Feedback page

I created a feedback page but when I include the comments from the form as input in another page it spans very wide.  I want it to wrap after 80 characters or so can this be done?

You use the following code for the input from the form to wrap after 80 characters.

<FORM COLS="80" WRAP="hard">

or if that does not work for you,

<FORM COLS="80" WRAP="physical">
