Hi,
I have a system with Win 2000 pro installed, then Office 97 (orig release) installed as custom-select all.  When you try to add the internet e-mail service to configure outlook, you can't as it is not listed as an available service.  Any ideas?

Try installing Office 97 SR-1, then SR-2 or just adding the Internet Mail Enhancement patch. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/services/imep.htm.
