I forgot my site password in DW2's site management. Can I recover? Somewhere in registry? THere is a key in registry that (HKEY_CURRENT_USER ..... "User PW" which shows password as "", and blank password doesn't work). Or do I just have to call ISP and switch passwords?

Is it that you cannot log into your site via FTP?  I think the best recourse would be to call your ISP, when I look at mine in User PW, the password is encoded, and I think it would take longer to crack it than to just get it changed.

You're only real option there is to call up your ISP and have them reset your password.  Dreamweaver has no means of storing your password unless you click on the Save Password box.
