sar command

Can somebody please help as to how I can allow users to use the command.
when the users are using sar -d it says sar: can't open /var/adm/sa/sa19
No such file or directory
This is happening in sun solaris
Please help me out.

I believe that the syntax is:

sar -d 1 5

the -d flag will show you disk usage stats the #'s after the -d tells sar to print the usage 5 times in 1 second intervals. If I wanted to see the usage 10 times in 5 second intervals, I would do:

sar -d 5 10

If you only specify sar -d, sar will expect you to supply an accounting file, which will only exist if you have accounting turned on which you don't in this case.

But how do I on the accounting so that the user just uses sar -d or sar -g apart from the time intervals
