How do I disable registry ?

How can i enable/disable the regedit.exe from my application ?

Just add a DWORD named DisableRegistryTools with the value 1 to the following key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Policies\\System\\
