Thanks for the info. &nbsp;Works within word, hence the points however I told slight porkies with the original question. &nbsp;I actually need the code for a standard VB application created, not VBA. &nbsp;If you have any thought/ideas on this it really is appreciated,<br />

Inserting the File summary via VBA (word)
